By accessing or using CVE-iQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CVE-iQ provides AI-powered vulnerability intelligence services, including CVE search, EPSS analytics, exploit detection, and security insights. The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for annual subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CVE-iQ and protected by intellectual property laws. CVE data is sourced from public databases and remains in the public domain.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT VULNERABILITY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR UP-TO-DATE. SECURITY DECISIONS SHOULD NOT BE BASED SOLELY ON CVE-IQ DATA.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CVE-IQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
